HackMTY
Participated in my first HackMTY in the Softtek gen AI challenge developing a project called ATechM using computer vision.
> Developed a nextJS app that runs locally python scripts for computer vision.
> We detect the user's finger using mediapipe to work as a cursor to interact with the UI.
> We also detect head gestures and speech as a second option.
> MongoDB and DeepFace to compare faces and login the user automatically.
> Filter with the Luxand API to verify if the detected face belongs to a real person.
> This was my first time developing a vision project in a hackathon and communicating python with a web app. I learnt a lot from this experience and had a great time.
